Our story

From the Argentine pampa to Palma

Bodegón Nigro is born from a simple story, very much our own: that of an Argentine couple raised amid the vastness of La Pampa, the countryside and the family tables where food was always a way of coming together.

In March 2019 we emigrated to Mallorca with a clear idea: to start over without leaving our roots behind. We brought with us the most valuable thing we knew how to do: cook like at home.

That's how this family business was born — a place where every recipe tells a story. The crispy milanesas of always, the homemade empanadas, the Sunday pastas, the flavors that accompanied us all our lives.

On January 18th, 2024, that dream took shape and we created Bodegón Nigro.

Today we have two spaces in Palma: our bodegón, made for sitting down, sharing, toasting and enjoying; and our take away, to bring that same homemade flavor home.

Everything that comes out of our kitchen is made by us, homemade, with fresh produce, patience and the care of someone cooking for their own family.
